Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide return instructions

  3. Items must be securely packaged for return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
