The name OJA comes from the Sanskrit word Ojas, meaning essence, vitality, life-force. For us it represents balance: heritage x modernity, craft x style, purity × everyday life. Silver has always felt like home. We grew up with silver as a quiet constant, worn every day, gifted with meaning, and cherished for its simplicity and strength. It was personal. It held memories. It lasted.

When we moved to London, we quickly realised how rare that feeling had become. Much of the jewellery around was fast, plated, trend-driven, beautiful in the moment, but never meant to stay.

OJĀ was born from the desire to create the opposite - jewellery with depth, purpose, and longevity. Minimal pieces you can live in, not just wear occasionally. We work with ethically sourced 925 sterling silver, which is melted, pressed, and carved depending on the silhouette. It is then cut, sculpt, and refined, perfecting every curve and surface with precision. Multiple rounds of polishing brings out our signature finish: luminous, smooth, and comfortable against the skin. Each piece undergoes a final quality check and fine polish, ensuring it meets the OJĀ standard - jewellery that feels considered, contemporary, and made to last.
